This is a concept for a race of cecaelia (half-octopus people) based on the Aboriginal Australians [link] and the blue-ringed octopus [link] . The design has been developed from the ideas and writings of =deinktvis.

I also like the fact that shes beautiful but very dangerous! As the Blue-ringed octopus is among the top ten most venomous creatures in the world!

I like how she smoothly merges into the octopus, it looks almost like a dress :) the aborigine influence is neat, the blue-ringed octopus's rings are surprisingly similar to the symbols for camps in Aborigine Art, so even if this was unintentional it works very well XD

The overall is very good, but my eyes miss some kind of background what could make the drawing more vividness.
