This is a concept for a race of cecaelia (half-octopus people) based on the Aboriginal Australians en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australi… and the blue-ringed octopus en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue-rin… . The design was developed from the ideas and writings of haijinik.
